First, set up the leadership group
In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of the novel coronavirus epidemic, and properly resolve the epidemic security risks. Establish a leading group for infectious disease prevention and control with the general manager as the leader and the heads of all departments and workshop section as the members. The Epidemic Prevention and Control Office of Hongkai Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Prevention and Control Office") is set up under the office. All departments are members of the office, with their own division of labor and unified coordination.
Ii. Job Requirements and responsibilities
(1) Responsibilities of the leading group
1. Formulated work plans, emergency plans and disposal measures for epidemic prevention and control based on the actual situation of the company.
2. Strengthen the management of the company's daily epidemic reporting system and the supervision and evaluation of the implementation of prevention and control measures, and cooperate with the park Management Committee and other departments to deal with the epidemic and reduce the harm of the epidemic.
(2) Responsibilities of the Company's prevention and Control Office
1. Publicize the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control through various forms, such as hanging banners and advertising boards to post special knowledge of epidemic prevention and control.
2. Establish a wechat group to spread epidemic information and carry out joint epidemic prevention and control;
3. Responsible for daily prevention and control inspection, disinfection and file retention of plant and personnel;
4. Responsible for the management of outsourced personnel and external personnel;
5. Responsible for the procurement of prevention and control materials;
6. Responsible for arranging and implementing other prevention, control and emergency measures of the company. .
(3) Responsibilities of the prevention and control team leader
Responsible for supervising the implementation of prevention and control work in the responsible area, carrying out relevant inspections in the morning and afternoon every day, and truthfully filling in the inspection form, which is submitted to the prevention and control office before work every day. If the problem is found, supervise and solve it in time. If the problem cannot be solved in time, report it immediately. According to its particularity, the sales department should avoid business trips as far as possible. If employees have to go on business trips, they should strictly take various prevention and control measures and follow up and supervise every day.
(4) Duties of the section chief
1. Responsible for the implementation of various prevention and control work of the company;
2. Responsible for prevention and control education and safety education of employees in the working section;
3. Strengthen prevention and control management in the workshop to prevent employees from wearing protective masks and gathering;
4. Manage the dining order and prohibit employees from eating out or gathering together;
5. Arranged fixed personnel to work in other sections or transport materials, arranged fixed personnel to pick up and separate meals;
6. Do a good job of workshop environmental cleaning management;
7. Manage food waste and waste masks;
(5) Duties of the guard and the personnel on duty
1. Before going to work every day, the guard and the staff on duty should wear personal protection (protective masks and disposable rubber gloves) to maintain order. The staff should be required to wear protective masks well. The registration contents include: inspection time, department (workshop), name, age, whether there are symptoms, whether there is contact with relevant personnel in Hubei. If the body temperature is above 37.2 degrees and there are other symptoms, it is strictly prohibited to enter the company. 2. Under normal circumstances, non-staff members are strictly prohibited to enter the company during the prevention and control period. If they really need to enter the company, they need to report to the prevention and Control Office for approval.
3. Before going to work every day, the administration department should submit the name list of the staff working in our company to the guard, who will check and register the list according to the company's staff after comparing the ID card and the list.
4. In principle, employees and external staff are not allowed to leave the company during working hours. If it is necessary to leave the company due to production needs, the list of designated staff in each workshop and external staff should be reported to the guard office (non-listed personnel are strictly prohibited to enter and leave). The body temperature is normal before entering the company.
5. Express personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the company, and the doorman is responsible for all express delivery. Relevant registration records shall be collected and submitted to the Prevention and Control Office for filing.
(VI) Responsibilities of employees (workshop and office)
1. All employees must wear protective masks during working hours;
2.. It is strictly prohibited to cross posts during working hours. If more than one person must work at the same time due to work needs, keep a safe distance as far as possible;
3. It is strictly prohibited to gather for chatting or dining;
4. Waste masks and lunch boxes should be placed in the place designated by the company;
5. Office personnel should do a good job of disinfecting public office equipment and fixed telephone;
6. It is strictly prohibited to turn on air conditioners (including central air conditioners) during the epidemic prevention period;
7. Do a good job of ventilation in the work area, once in the afternoon, the time is 20-30 minutes, during the ventilation, colleagues should do a good job of keeping warm;
8. Sneeze and cover your mouth and nose and knead your eyes carefully.
9. Wash hands before meals, after going to the toilet, and after touching public equipment. Wash hands strictly according to the six-step method;
10. If you find that the soap, soap and disinfectant prepared in the toilet are insufficient, you should report to the workshop leader in time;
11. If you need to go out after work, please wear a protective mask, ventilate your home well, try not to go to crowded places with yourself and your family, keep a safe distance from people, do not shake hands, and do not get together.
(7) Responsibilities of disinfection and cleaning personnel
1. Wear personal protection such as glasses, masks and disposable rubber gloves before disinfection.
2. Handle the disinfectant carefully and avoid it from touching your body;
3. The disinfectant shall be allocated in strict accordance with the ratio stipulated by the company;
4. The public area of the office (stairs, corridors, elevators) and workshop floor shall be spray disinfected every day after work, and each office shall spray disinfect by itself with a watering can after work.
5. The meeting room, reception area and recruitment area shall be disinfected after use, and the doorman room and washroom (including office buildings and workshops) shall be disinfected twice a day (at noon and after work).
6. Cleaning personnel should timely dispose of waste masks and meal waste, and wear mouthpiece and disposable rubber gloves when disposing.
7. Sterilize and kill all vehicles entering the company;
(8) Duties of the driver
1. Strictly implement the approval system for vehicle entry and exit, and register the travel track at the guard office after going out and returning to the company;
2. Disinfect the vehicle after work every day;
3. No unrelated people are allowed to take the bus except the company shuttle;
(9) Supply and warehouse duties
1. Try to determine the details before purchasing materials, and try to ask for delivery. If delivery is not possible, please prepare goods and pick up goods directly at the door;
2. If you have to go out for purchasing, you must wear a good protective mask, do not go to crowded places, and do not shake hands.
3. When purchasing prevention and control materials, it is required to provide product introduction and relevant certificates to prevent fake and shoddy products from mixing with them;
4. The prevention and control materials purchased should be used by the company as far as possible;
5. When you return to the company, you should first register the relevant activity track at the doorman, and take your body temperature. You can enter the company only if your body temperature is normal.
6. After the materials are stored, the warehouse shall arrange fixed personnel to send them to the workshop post.
(10) Responsibilities of canteen staff
1. Strictly implement the canteen management system;
2. Wear a protective mask when going out to purchase;
3. Canteen staff must wear protective masks and disposable protective hats during work;
4. It is strictly prohibited to mix raw cooked food;
5. Pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene when dividing and delivering meals;
6. Do a good job of disinfection of kitchen utensils and tableware;
(11) Management of outsourced personnel (construction personnel, equipment installers, etc.)
The person in charge of the outsourcing unit shall submit the list of staff entering the factory the next day to the prevention and Control office the day before work, and relevant forms shall be provided by the company. After approval, the company guard shall be sent to the contractor. The contractor shall bring his ID card with him. The guard shall check the list one by one and operate according to the process of employees entering the factory. The outsourcing units shall equip themselves with protective masks, and the outsourcing employees shall strictly abide by the company's prevention and control regulations after entering the company. In case of any violation, the Company may require the violators to leave the company immediately. It is strictly prohibited to enter and leave the company during non-essential working hours.
(12) Management of external personnel
External staff should contact and confirm in advance before coming to the company. If it is not necessary, all work can be solved through telephone and wechat communication. If it is necessary to enter the company, after the approval of the administration department, it shall strictly follow the company's employee entry process. Express personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the company, and all express delivery and delivery shall be handled by the guard.
(13) Management of meal waste and waste masks
1. Each workshop shall set up special storage points for food waste, which shall be placed by all employees at designated points and collected and processed by cleaning personnel.
2. Waste masks collection points shall be set up in each workshop. All employees must discard them at designated points, and cleaning personnel shall wear protective equipment (masks and disposable rubber gloves) to collect and dispose of them.
