1. Airbag
It is recommended to check frequently, especially when driving on asphalt roads in summer, muddy roads after rain and other harsh environments, and pay attention to keeping the airbag and its piston clean. Check whether the airbag surface is damaged (surface crack, wear, wrinkle, surface foreign matter). If the airbag is damaged or leaks, please replace it immediately. Check the fastening of the connecting bolts of the airbag, and lock them according to the torque if they are loose.
2. Shock absorber
It is recommended to check every quarter. Check the fastening of the upper and lower connections of the shock absorber, and use the torque wrench to check whether the locking torque is reached. Check the tightness of the shock absorber, and replace it if there is oil leakage. Check whether the shock absorber works normally. You can touch the surface of the shock absorber after driving for a while to see whether it is hot. If it is hot, it indicates that the shock absorber works normally. (Note: Please note that the shock absorber may be hot when touching). Otherwise, it indicates that the shock absorber has failed and must be replaced.
3. Steel plate spring connecting bolt and U-bolt
It is recommended that you use a torque wrench to retighten the new car after 1000 km, and then check it every quarter. In case of looseness, lock the nut diagonally and alternately.
4. Axle lifting device
It is recommended to check every quarter. Check the wear of the rubber buffer block on the lifting bracket, and replace it if the wear is serious. Check whether the bolts connecting the lifting airbag up and down are loose. Lock with a wrench if necessary. For the inspection method of lifting airbag, see 1
5. Air pipeline system
It is recommended to check every quarter. Check the tightness of the valve body and pipeline interface and whether the installation is tight and there is no damage ring. (Note: Soap water can be used to smear on the valve body and pipeline interface. If bubbles are generated, it means air leakage, and it must be locked and sealed again.) Check whether the height valve adjusting rod has a nondestructive ring and is locked. 6. Stop wire rope
It is recommended to check every quarter. Check the limit wire rope and its accessories, and replace them if necessary.
7. Inspection of FH value
It is recommended to check every quarter. The FH value has been set when the trailer leaves the factory, and the user must conduct regular verification according to the FH value specified by the trailer manufacturer to make it consistent with the trailer when it leaves the factory. The FH value can be adjusted by adjusting the height valve adjusting lever.
