When marking, first find the centerline of the axis, and then measure from the centerline to both sides to ensure that the upper and lower plywood of the installation center overlap the centerline of the longitudinal mesh, with a deviation of less than 2mm. Install the upper and lower clamping plates in the right direction. The brake chamber is required to be installed backward. Attention during welding: it is forbidden to weld the cross section of the shaft, only the longitudinal section of the shaft is allowed to be welded.
Then adjust the pull rod length. There are two kinds of pull rod lengths, the length of the front axle is 385mm, and the length of the rear (two) axles is 446mm. The adjustment length should be based on one end of the fixed pull rod. The pull rod first loosens the fastening screw of the movable pull rod, uses the pull rod pin to pass through one end of the movable pull rod and the fixed pull rod, and uses a wrench to adjust the adjusting bolt of the movable pull rod, so that the other end of the pull rod can also pass through the pull rod pin. After adjustment, tighten the fastening screw.
Before starting the semi-trailer bridge, carefully check whether the chain, roller and connection are normal, check the safety protection device and safety device, check whether the cover is complete, whether there are sundries between the shields, check whether the photoelectric protection is reliable, and start again after confirming that there is no problem. If a tool or part falls, the semi-trailer bridge shall not throw the tool or part into the chain or ditch.
